Throw Away Trash (Place trash in black plastic bag (provided) and leave outside door)
Lock Up (Please close and lock all doors and windows.)
Gather Towels (please leave on top of dryer.)
Additional Requests (Please look around and be sure you have all of your belongings. We have no postal service so can't mail missed items.)

    • Early arrival/late departure: $10 per person (up to 4 hrs). Apartment not available, but pool and common areas may be used.

    • Keep doors/windows closed when A/C is on.

    • Turn off A/C, fans, and lights when not in use.

    🚭 Smoking & Vaping

    • Not permitted inside the apartment or on the deck.

    🧼 Cleanliness

    • Leave the apartment tidy.

    • Place garbage in black bags (provided) and leave in kitchen.

    • Check drawers/closets—forgotten items can’t be mailed.

    🔐 Security

    • Lock doors when leaving.

    • Door code sent 2 days before check-in.

    • Pool key above desk—return after use.

    • Each room has a personal safe (don’t forget your code).

    🏖️ Beach & Pool

    • Rinse off sand before entering.

    • Shower before swimming.

    • Wash and return pool toys after use.
