Check-in time is 3 pm. You will receive a Welcome email two days prior to your arrival date with all the access codes and check-in information. Upon check-in, if there's anything not as you expect, or not working, please do let us know ASAP. You can text or call 507-6609-1724. We can arrange an early arrival. If you are interested you can arrive up to 4 hours early and use our facilities for a cost of $10.00 per person. You can also stay up to 4 hours later after you ch3ck out for $10.00 per person. In both cases you will not have use of the apartment.

At the present time we dont have a grill. We are planning a big wood fired/charcoal grill as one of our many upgrades planned..
We have a very nice pool on the property. There are some very rare occurrences where anybody but you will be using it.
We allow dogs up to 40 pounds with prior approval for a fee of $10.00 per day. This can be paid with US Dollars cash upon arrival.
Cats are not allowed due to severe allergies.
The home is family-friendly and all on one level.
Yes, beach towels are provided for guest use.
We offer free use of boogie boards.
Our property is beachfront with easy access.
Beach access is just steps from the apartment.
